How to File a Motorclaim

Step 1. Take Photo of Documents

1. Certificate of Registration (CR) and official receipt (OR) of CR covering loss date
2. Driver’s license and official receipt
3. Filled-out Motor Accident Report Form, Affidavit or Police report (if with third party)

Step 2: Take photo of the damaged unit

1. Full body of the unit (with plate number/conduction sticker or VIN plate)
2. Damage/s on the unit
3. Odometer reading

Step 3: Go to Standard Insurance Website

1. Go to http://bit.ly/2Ucm6Bo  or scan the QR code
2. Upload gathered photos and documents

Step 4:  Receive SMS notification or a call

• If your unit needs an actual inspection
• Status of your claim
